I know some of the rates that we give to outside carriers when we need to contract a load out.

Said to my boss "If I ran a truck and you guys offered me that, the sound of me hanging up on you would be deafening."

Sales guys sound so proud when they get someone to accept floor-scrap rates. Makes me ill. It's no wonder one of the regulars who hauls for us runs crappy equipment and hires drivers who smell like corn chips.
