Where's u tankers loading at this morning

Have you any of yawl seen Steven's is getting into liquid. They have been going in and out of Fred's at St Gabriel, La the last month or so looks like training missions.

 

Loading 60k of HCL in Longview, WA headed up to Hoquiam, WA and then back to the barn for the night.

 

I see them with food grade tanks in Houston

 

Sitting in Cheyenne waiting for I-80 WB to reopen. There's a crash somewhere past Laramie, road's been closed seven hours, WYDOT says another two to four hours before it will reopen. But when I stopped at around 2:00, they thought they would have it reopened no later than an hour ago, so it must be a doozy.

Supposed to unload this stuff tomorrow evening in SLC. The original plan was to get to Rawlins today, then get over to SLC before the snow starts in western Wyoming tomorrow mid-day. That plan is shot now. Hopefully it won't be too bad tomorrow.

 

Now they've pushed out reopening westbound to between 0300 and 0500 tomorrow morning. Can't find any news stories about it though. Near MM 267 I-80 WB between Wagon Hound and Arlington.

 

They keep pushing out the time to reopen the road. Now it's somewhere between 1530 and 1730. I heard from a local driver that a train derailed and dumped six or eight train cars of hazmat, but the only news story I can find is about a box truck that overturned up there with some hazmat on it.

 

Today was a first. Loaded 57k of 30% aqua ammonia in Deer Island, OR and delivered it out to Hermiston, OR. Had to use my respirator to close the dome and when hooking up/unhooking at delivery. Interesting stuff. Took my dirty 30 there and made it back to the barn before I turned into a pumpkin.

 

Currently waiting for them to call me back to offload my HCL up here in Hoquiam. Loaded 60k at the yard in Sherwood. Once I get this off, it's back south to the yard to park it. On call this weekend. Boo hiss.

 

I'm scheduled for orientation Feb 4th. I'm going back to tanks.
