Well, if you go and check my record, I've had one ticket since I got my license at 16. So I've certainly talked my way out of a few and there's a couple I probably should have been taken to jail for. The one ticket I did get was from a first class Richard Cranium DOT prick in Louisiana and that one I probably could have talked my way out of but.. it was the wrong time on the wrong day, he came at me with an attitude and found out really fast I can have a far worse attitude. In the end it cost me a little over $300 and I actually felt good paying it because I was afforded the opportunity to unload about 25 years of pent up hatred for those types with an authority problem. I thought he was going to pop the blood vessels on his forehead when I said that at least Sherrif Andy let the incompetent Barny have a gun with one bullet so that says a whole lot about you that he won't even let you have an empty gun. That was when we were still friends, it went downhill from there and thankfully my rear pilot stepped in and made me go get back in the truck otherwise I might still be a ward of the State in Louisiana.

 

I'd like to have that chair myself, lol.

The opposite I’m more abrasive here, at least on a personal level. The JD in a work environment and a social environment are very different. Sometimes on here I’m closer to the work JD than the social JD.

 

Wisdom. Even if he’s not an idiot, what do I have to argue about? As long as someone doesn’t try to cram their opinion or beliefs down my neck, there won’t be any issues from me.

Both sides -

I’d welcome a uniform set of rules for 10’ W, legal height and weight, under 100’ overall length.

Problem -

That’s making it too easy for competition to drive down rates through uniformity.

Curfews annoy me for moves that are a slam dunk otherwise. But the rules provide a screen behind which I can flourish, safe from the general fools.
