@Humblepie - I thought about you the other day in the tub while I was shaving my leg.

This is the only man part I shave - brings out the lines better without the hair.




I should be banned for bringing back this little horror show of a subject, but I couldn’t help myself.

 

That absolutely nails it - our experience anyway.

Weve kept rent low, affordable - but found there’s little left at the end of the year.

And like you said - it only takes ONE bad tenant to drag the whole game into the mud again.
