    Why does the self-driving truck have a sleeper on it?


    Yes. I know the answer. It's not a driverless truck - it has an "auto-drive" feature which requires 100% driver supervision, which is as far as this technology is ever going to be able to go for the foreseeable future.

    It didn’t take too long for self driving cars with “test drivers” to mow down pedestrians. Anyone want to guess on how long it takes before one of these takes out a bus load of nuns while the “driver” is playing candy crush?
