The only bad thing is that they only run teams. Solid company with solid benefits. They really treat you like family. I've been with them for going on 4 years now and will probably retire here
I saw your post/question couple of months ago before I started working for Armada, I was looking my self to find any reviews online about them and now I see it was not answered yet so I joined to tell you my experience with Armada and maybe someone will find it useful in the future.
Like I said, I'm with the company something over 2 months and they are definitely good guys. Equipment is new (The oldest truck is from 2016). They have a flexible schedule, and if I want to put enough effort I can drive up to 4000 miles per week. I would not drive that much every week of course, but it's good to know that I have that option if I need the extra money because in my previous company I could get 2500-2600 miles per week max. There is extra pay if you work on holidays +full medical (health, vision and dental)
Also, up to 2 weeks paid vacation. Not bad
I will add updates later if something changes.
