I Really hate house shopping. We plan on buying a house this year and man oh man i hate it. Trying to find a house where i can park my truck at isn't easy at all

 

Start looking for a house with larger amounts of land out of town instead of a house on a lot.

 

Problem with that is we need a place with decent internet so it makes it harder in our area Found some nice ones but don't wanna spend 350k on a house. I'd rather buy a 100k house and fix it myself.
The house we are renting now im replacing the roofs on should be interesting to see how it turns out

I'm thinking of buying a house with 5 acres near Indiana Ohio state line close to I70. Already planning out my shop.

 

Of course. I didn't buy the place, stick 22k into a new septic system, another 8 on the roof plus pay taxes and insurance on it for the last 1.5 years so it can sit empty.

define decent internet. Decent internet is streaming a movie while your kids are using bandwidth for classwork. You'd have to move to the most desolate places to not be able to do that.

 

10mbs plus. We live 1 mile from where they stop running internet lol. Our internet is bad know if someone is watching a movie others cant use internet.
