Exactly...they will stay at the end of the day and work with you if you are willing to listen. All the trainers there are there to help you make it, not try to get rid of you. I felt just like you until I got down there...it’s different than probably any orientation/onboarding you’ve been to. Just relax, listen and give your best and you’ll do great

We have 4 or 5 2019 freightliners and yes, all autos. Next realignment lasts for a year so you better choose wisely. Ill probably continue to keep my truck. A new hire got a 5/2 sunday depart. I told him to enjoy it because it's gone next month.

This is my position also. I don't see the reason to have your own truck and be a wed/thur/fri or sat out.

If you are worried about the slip seating, you can always grab a 6/3 and share 2 trucks with 2 other people. It's still not ideal, but I understand why Walmart does it that way. If it's between slip seating and getting rid of the private fleet, I'll take the slip seating.

It's the crystal palace's way of getting the driver to work every weekend, or conversely some drivers have significant others who dont have weekends off. Everyone has different views on what is more important to them.

Now what was silly was last spring when they did top to bottom realignment and only had 5 Monday out assigned trucks, but 25 Monday xtra. Really stirred the pot.
