With it twisted like that id be surprised if a frame shop can get it back right. That's one of those situations where you just got to hope you can get it good enough. When i was a young man i chained up one side of the frame rail to a loader to spin my trailer around. Learned an expensive lesson from that. Never pulled straight again, and it was empty when i lifted it. 45k lbs of steel is gonna put a lot more strain on it than lifting one empty.Last edited: Feb 17, 2019

Go to a landfill in OH and PA and they are pushing 45-70k lbs off the side in 3 or 4 pushes with a loader 6 days a week. New and old MAC East Benson you name it. They go done the road just fine.
With it having a load of beams strapped to it is helping it. My bet is it came out as straight as it went in.
Maybe the OP can tell us. -
But the twist on the tractor frame rails will never straighten out.
