    There was a similar story in Idaho.... I’m pretty sure there’s some validity to the men’s story.....

    It is possible that it was in fact industrial hemp. The news story has a quote from the cops, “They didn’t have a proper bill of lading, they didn’t have the proper tags, they didn’t have the proper tax stamps and what not, and that’s what’s making this illegal.”

    This happened last month and the trucking company is suing to get their load back. They say they have documentation that it IS industrial hemp. Even Industrial hemp would have enough minute traces of thc to show up in a roadside test.
