Well now I'm in Needles with the AC /APU on.
It's 60 degrees warmer here than in Bend.

It's going to rain until 34 saturday night chance then sunday through tuesday after frontal passage we are expecting a lows of 14 or so each night. Whatever is wet will be ice at night here in Arkansas until it has had a chance to blow dry.

They need to pull that Tyvek off the main part of the house and install it right...it's upside down...the way they have it installed it'll keep the moisture in, not keep it out...
