The rent discussion before - @stwik and @sawmill -

Round here - where @wore out is tonight, Joplin to Mt. Vernon, MO - $600 will rent a 2-3 bedroom all day long. The rentals we have go for $500 for single homes on small sections.

Granted, the majority of jobs here are $9-$12/hr - but it’s a low cost area to live in.

Always surprises me what it costs to live other places.

BTW - Wyoming ranks only behind Hawaii as the “happiest state to live in”.
