I Know its the cost of doing business just saying would be nice. Wish they would get rid of all the extra crap and at least add WiFi to it. I don't need the scale thing or Nav on that dam thingFor that they could give us wifi in the truck from it lol

Mercer did not create the bad safety score, drivers did. Drivers still don't put on seatbelts, exceed the speed limit, drive erratically and make unsafe lane changes, and now the reason is always ELD 'made me do it', not to mention a plethora of mechanical defects which are not corrected.
If someone is not smart enough to know you have to plug in your phone for it to do this task then maybe they shouldn't be trusted driving an 80K lb truck either.Runnin, drvrtech77 and Razorwyr Thank this. -
Exactly, nothing is "free". The majority of lease operators do not treat it as a business, nor do they have an understanding of business economics and accounting. No barrier to entry, no knowledge required other than get a CDL.

The season has started. Just booked 4 loads to do in 3 days, and home every night. More available if I wanted to run a little longer, but I like the much higher rate per mile of local loads when available. All these are construction materials going to warehouses as they start to stock up. By the end of the month rates should start going up.

I realize that. But anything that any driver does here resulting in CSA points is on the company as well.
But all the complaining about getting rid of the Keller logs. Sounds to me like a simple take it or leave it deal. Sitting here whining about it is a waste of time. $500 and a month fee and the sky is falling...
