Do not work for knight transportation!!!

I'm very happy that I left truck driving. I worked for Western Express, Swift, JB Hunt, and Werner, and they're all the same. Crappy trucks that can leave you sitting in one of their terminals for days before they complete the repairs. And top it off with low pay when you are rolling. And now I heard they're all going with automatic trucks. I wouldn't want to drive an automatic truck. I still have my CDL but I would have to be pretty desperate to get back into otr trucking.

 

You chose to work for the worst co's..theyre are very good jobs in this business if you look

for real? options r very limited. don't like the idea of hooking up with a mega...but! its like choosing amongst many evils. whats a pre-cdl student not yet in any school/sponser firm to do?

hey drvrtech77, who would u suggest for 2nd chance cdl sponsored trucking company, if have any u can alert me to. expect to pay my dues the 1st year, gotta lil 'old history' but willing to give it a shot. best of worst evils? after reading all this bs, maybe i have a change of mind. chinatown suggested a few but maybe u could add to it. be safe, stay healthy. peace!
