I never had any problems with swift, if you are a decent driver and work hard they will leave you alone. I rarely even talked to them. The money wasn’t bad either. I was getting 59cpm for a dedicated account north east and made about $57k after taxes the first year. Plus I could go home whenever I wanted cause I had five loads that ran close by my home. They also gave me a new generation cascadia which was a great truck. It wasn’t bad at all for me but I don’t know about the otr folks
Everyone quit SWIFT!!!!

What? Swift actually firing drivers for small infraction? I have done something worse, like break both air lines when drop and hook and they just changed the lines without saying anything....

Sometimes Swift will deposit your last check to your Comdata card, did you check the balance on the Fleet app?

Why would anyone go to work for SWIFT or any other of the Mega companies that we have all seen on You Boob videos, or in person. Especially, with the outrageous amount of accidents, and other stuff we have seen the drivers do, doing. I can see a person starting if he/she has no experience/or CDL in helping with achieving the two -
Because they train new drivers.
And a reasonable percentage of the time, it works out okay. It's just the times it doesn't that wind up on YouTube.Lonesome Thanks this. -
Was it caught on camera though?

Lol no, I guess I got a free pass then.mjd4277 Thanks this.

Gross is what the company pays out of its accounts.
Net has nothing to do with the company you work for.
People asking about net pay are typically morons - how the hell is a company supposed to know what you claim, your child support withholdings, your alimony, your taxes, your debts...
When I was in the office recovering from the kidney donation, they told me if they ask about "Net" just back out and move on to the next applicant, they aren't worth the time and you're never going to be able to fix their money problems.
Like what is the company supposed to do? They ARE paying you $65,000 per year. And they are taking care of you and your taxes if they are a W2 company, saving you even more time (and probably a lot of drama with the IRS since you haven't figured out how income works)
