Acutely two of the places that I contacted said the same thing ,that they had just hired x Mercer hands

 

Question is why are Mercer hands looking for jobs , I have my own reasons!

 

Every company turns over drivers for one reason or another, I believe the industry average is something like 95%, so no surprise....

Easy, Mercer isn't for everyone. There is no one size fits all company. Most, but not all leave because they're not disciplined enough to be successful with a self dispatch business model.

 

I have been here 2 years made more money here than anywhere else , but as the corporate rules change so will I to another company before the year is up!.

 

Sounds like a recruiter selling you a great story to make his company sound so great... you really buying it?

I don't know what it is. 5 Mercer trucks calling the same company in 1 day sounds pretty far fetched. I could see 1 or 2 possibly. 5 though LOL
