I knew mercer would force Keller out. Once they started making new drivers get the omni tracks. It was only a matter of time. Now in a year if they say they are switching again then Mercer should fork the bill for every driver that paid the $550 for this unit. My biggest complaint about this ELD is the Price... $45 for junk half the people won't use..

 

Yeah. That move could bee seen from a mile away. With the problems with Keller, trying to get techs that could understand both systems, and trying to stay in compliance using both, it was a given. Can you imagine going through a DOT audit using two systems, especially when one system is having problems?

 

Absolutely.. You hit the nail on the head. These rates are Laugheable at best

 

The people here who aren't complaining or are constantly moving are most likely running freught for 1.60-1.70. That's garbage.. Multiple stops for anything less than 2.40 is an insult

 

Your just clueless and dont know how to run a truck or make money here. Go to Landstar.

So i got access to DAT finally.. All i can say is everyone is killing each other out here. People placing offers going to CA for 1.12 with 40k lbs. $1800 on 1600 miles. $2500 on 2261 These are all Offers. Hope things change here in a month or so. If Not it is what it is just sucks. Doesn't look like ill be doing another 2+ all mile year

 

In a year switching to what? And your really complaining about $45 really? Cant be serious...??? That's with the Drivewyze...

 

When we don't use half of what they offer on it yet because it would drop the price in half. I Don't use Drivewyze i pay for Pre Pass for $20 a month. So yes they should offer a different package or something for drivers that want Drivewyze and those who don't.

 

Regardless. Its $45 a month... LOL... complaining about $45 a month... c'mon man

 

I've been here longer than you I can promise you that.. It's nothing how it used to be.. Considering I have a few trucks here I think I pretty much know how to run my business productively.. But thanks for the advice lol
