Was browsing through carrier job postings and this one really has me curious! Anyone actually have any experience they can share?

They fly you home for 5 days after 21 days out. Not including travel. So you drive 21 days, Fly home,at home 5 days then fly back to a truck. Only downside is you will be slip seating all the time.

From what I've read, they have you work the areas where they can't keep people. Research the places where you're supposed to be running and the terminals you'll be dealing with and I bet you'll find a lot of negative opinions. I looked at those positions too then realized how desperate they are to pay for you to fly there and back again. There's reasons for this...

I was close to taking one of those positions for a Walmart dedicated account in the Ohio area, so glad I didn’t after doing more research. Good luck stuffing 21 days worth of stuff on a plan and have fun slip seating all the time.

I was SNI Jet Set Bulk... assigned OC was Gary. I'd be out for 21 days then fly home for 5. Travel days did not factor into my time off. SNI paid for the cab to and from O'hare. As soon as I would get back to the truck I was update my NAT and put in my request for home time. At a week out I would remind my DBL. I never once had a problem getting back home or getting back to Gary.
I was assigned my own truck and never had to slip seat. The Bulk crew at Gary was great, IMHO... as well as the training in Coraopolis. The only thing I did not like about Cora was that freaking nightmare of a tank wash... hahahaha...

EDIT: I can't speak for the other Jet-Set divisions; this was my experience in Bulk.
