I can’t say that Schneider is any worse than the typical truck driving company. You do have to prove your reliability to your dispatcher, in the beginning, of course. And it can be frustrating sometimes. But if you weather the training and the initial 90 days, you will have some of the best training and experience the industry can offer to a new CDL holder. After a year or two, you can take that experience to the job you dream of, or realize that staying put has its rewards, like I did. Best of luck to you!

Was at a terminal that had a cafe that gave a discount for drivers with 5 years of service. Was a good amount of names on the list that used the service that day so a lot of drivers find what Schneider offers to be good enough to stay put.
