9.5% of. Gross linehaul is magically always higher than 9.5% close to 10% at times wtf

I have one looking I to it I have about 8 or more ways there breaching contract. He'll asked for my accounting they dispatcher had no.idea what they was never been asked for one only received 1 last year and asked for an escrow Specific accounting they put all truck.payments ins deduction advances in there they do.all escrow activity through the 70% side . and half they advances a loan .etc have no work order # and a lot of one's. With exact same work or reference # I just wasn't sure about the 70% and 9.5%

 

Well every week I stay under the lease that's that much more they owe me and I checked the % last night both the .l9.5% and the 70% are based of the line haul but the 9.5% is always way higher than the line haul and they've got the lessor and lessee all backwards in the lease

 

Correction the 70% they take the line haul and any tarp detention pay etc so the 70 is based on gross compensation
