It is slow, I drive by the stacks at BNSF San Bernadino and Los Angeles, both are pretty full, and I see a huge number of JB Hunt chassis stacked all over, they even eliminated a row of trailer parking to store them. I was told with cheaper fuel it is more expensive to ship rail than by road.

Since your a owner operator,
Why not just take your truck to landstar.
Seems like everybody over there is getting rich.
Buying more trucks and adding drivers.
Don't ask me how how everybody is struggling
With rates and there raking it in at the same time.JonJon78 Thanks this. -
Yeah I got hired at the end of February. Been on truck for 3 weeks. They trained me for a week as I had only run 53's beforehand. Yeah i have been running about 3 days a week.

Sorry to hear it's slow for you guys. Tankers has been slower then normal so far. It's staying consistent, but not as busy as it should be. But I'll enjoy the home time while I can get it.
