ok this whole people cutting me off seems to get worse everyday sometimes it’s reqlly bad like people are trying to stage a crash. Anyway I see a lot of states with signs like leave more space don’t get a ticket. What if I record these stupid people cutting me off with their license plates and send them to the local police department or state police in that area? Will they then be able to write these people tickets as they rightfully deserve?

In my mind it’s aggressive driving reckless driving even sometimes maybe I could snitch on a few and get them a misdeamnor
-
I saw a police officer merge onto the freeway and match the trucks speed, truck didnt slow down, cop ran out of room and raced by the truck on the shoulder just like any other moron out here... U really think they care? Just back off and keep ur sanity while u still have it
rabbiporkchop, WildTiger1990, Aamcotrans and 13 others Thank this. -
Lol good point up in Massachusetts a cop once raced up my left as I was getting on off ramp cut me off over solid white lines no sirens or anything just a dick
-
Id like to have that on my dash cam... So I could send it to his department.Wyldon, InTooDeep, D.Tibbitt and 1 other person Thank this.

I highly doubt the police would be able to do anything about it.
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
U know what thats a great idea, i wonder if i still have the footage, was an asinine move by the cop was plenty of room for him to slow down, i was the only person behind the truck and i was a good 10-15 truck lengths behind, ifelt bad for the driver ,we deal with enough of that stuff out here but to get it from a cop is even worserabbiporkchop, Omega1, InTooDeep and 1 other person Thank this.

No they cant write them a ticket for what you captured on your camera.

I saw something on TV about this in Colorado. If the police get so many complaints about a certain driver with the license plate, they will pay them a visit and tell them that have multiple complaints on them and they need to straighten up their driving otherwise they will receive a ticket, yes a misdemeanor
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
God I hope you still have that footage... Please send a copy to his department... And the governor of the state it occured in, with a short, polite, and professional message explaining your feelings on the matter.stuckinthemud and D.Tibbitt Thank this.
