People do far worse for a whole lot less.

 

Nope, there are other companies that pay as much or better. The fact is that if Walmart is willing to bet you will accept a lie in a kids chant, what makes you think the real culprit, profits, won't again be mitigated against your salary. They have done it before.

 

Some of the HR stories he was telling about employees having accidents and they keep the driver because they were honest about it compared to them firing another driver for the same accident who lied about it, I don't believe. But despite the unusual chant and high energy. They all seem down to earth so far and overall positive vibe from each individual which is an accurate technique I have. The "most likely" false stories do carry the intended point across he was trying to get across. So far compared to any other company they seem to have their system down and running smoothly.

 

Oh you better believe that being honest in all cases is the number one thing here. The are plenty of stories of drivers getting fired for minor things but not being truthful about it.
Btw, I've been here over 2 years and I have no idea what the Walmart cheer is, never heard it or seen it so don't worry about it any more.
