Where Are You Continues, Again.....

At the house long enough to wash clothes and take a nap. Some dummy has already booked a load for me Friday. Did I ever mention I don’t really like my boss?

 

Honestly, weekend DM’s have been an issue and that is something that they’re still working on. It’s gotten better. The issue IMO was that weekend DM’s were all in Nashville, and they just didn’t seem to give those of us out West the same consideration as west coast DM’s. From what I’ve seen we now have a DM in Bloomington on Saturday and I heard they were trying to get Sunday covered as well. They still appear to fall down when there isn’t a load planner in the office.

You know @lovesthedrive i really like hearing about the old days there. It allows me to reflect on what I’m doing.

 

Whatttt, we could have gone to Maryland????Tell him to put the ticket aside for a month.

 

The only way I will return to the road now is if I own. And that is looking doubtful as well

Thank you sir... Yeah... I know they are not lying... I just wish my present dispatcher were like the one we had before... A lady dispatcher... she was TREMENDOUS! But the company didn't accept the pay raise she asked... She left the company in 2015 if my memory is correct...

 

I don't want to say in the public forum for personal reasons... it's a very small outfit that belongs to a non-profit organization... but we have a combination of broker loads and our company loads...

 

You are correct sir... they are a great group of people... very honest and what I most like is that they trust us (the drivers) and our decisions.. and they support us...
