do you do your homework before you start looking into companies or you just go on their word??
there's an old saying called buyer beware.
there's another old saying called read the fine print and that goes for more than just driving in life.

I am so sorry you had this type of experience. Sunteck is not the issue, it was your agent. My husband has been with Sunteck since October 28, 2018. We have had great success. His agent is awesome and has gone out of his way to help his success. His agent has also helped him get the contracts he wanted. With Sunteck you decided what you want to do, run when you want to run, and go where you want to go. I have just recently become a sub-agent with them as well. We have gotten into binds where he needed a tire out on the road and it was no problem getting the money from Sunteck if we didn't have it. And yes, your trailer rental is $175 per week and with any business you have to pay your expenses whether you are working or not, whether you make a profit or not. Again, I am sorry you had this experience and hope things have now gotten better for you.

I never understand people who complain about paying rental fees... the company is RENTING you a trailer, you pay for it during the time it’s in your possession, not just when you’re using it.
Expecting to not have to pay a weeks rent because you were home that week is like expecting to pay half your home mortgage because you spend your days at work out of the house.

Then you expect a company to help you pay for truck repairs? Sir this is why you need to have capital on hand before starting your own business. If I were the company owner I’d have to weigh the risks and benefits of lending you money to fix your truck, big risk being I lend you money and the truck breaks down before you’ve paid me back, now I’ve just created a headache for myself.
