The funny thing is we got this "premier" driver talking about low hiring standards. Dude was a lease purchase pumpkin driver when he came here. Didnt have a trailer or gear. If they hadnt lowered the hiring standards he would of never been allowed in the building

 

I can't agree more Mercer hiring practices heartbeat and fog mirror ,sad for such a good company to lower there standard's!

 

How's things going with the company you left Mercer for? I noticed you Inquiring about a team position that was posted on another thread....

 

It's either that or go out of business. The good drivers are either already there, have a good gig, or got out of trucking. They can only hire from what their options are.

That is the problem practically eveywhere...the workforce is has essentially sunk to garbage levels..finding top people anymore is almost a thing of the past.

 

The most time i took off at one time last year was all of july...because i had my boy and such..other than that i generally take about a week off a month...for me if i see a load and i have nothing important scheduled at home i will book the load...

 

Because your IL title had both Mercer's IL address and your mailing address....do you have a TX title?
