Get the truth ???
The truth is everyone dies.
Momento Mori - remember we all die
Always remember 1 day will be your last.
Don’t like it , ask the manufacturer when you get to the window.

When I was at the school, we had a woman with a suspended license. They didn't even catch that until the DMV told her when she went to get her CLP. The point is, I think all the recruiters do is look at your name, address, email, and phone number and then bombard you with calls, texts, and emails. I remember the woman on the phone told me 80% of all people don't qualify.

Since I left OTR driving to do local work my blood pressure has gone from being pre-hypertension to normal 122-82 without doing anything. I also went from 265lbs to 228lbs Just had a DOT physical & Ins physical this month.
When you drive a truck for long periods of time it is very important (especially for older dudes) to take regular breaks & just get out of the truck & walk around.
Ever since I read this story about what happened to Iraq war correspondent David Bloom I take regular breaks from driving.
On April 6, 2003, Bloom was traveling with the U.S. Third Infantry Division in Iraq while covering the Iraq War in a vehicle pegged after his name, the "Bloom Mobile." It was a Ford F250 4 wheel drive Flatbed truck with a SeaTel stabilized marine dish retrofitted by Miramar, Florida-based company Maritime Telecommunications Network, with live television and satellite transmission equipment so he could continuously broadcast reports as troops made their way toward Baghdad.[5]
Reporting live, round-the-clock, as the American armored column fought north across the desert toward Baghdad, Bloom commented offhandedly on the cramped conditions, excessive heat and lack of sleep that came with the mission.[6]
He had been on assignment in Iraq for several weeks when a blood clot in his leg (known as deep vein thrombosis or DVT) traveled to an artery in his lungs, causing a fatal pulmonary embolism.[7] "The clot in Bloom's leg was likely brought on by spending long days and nights cramped inside armored vehicles. One night he called Melanie from a satellite phone in the middle of the night, exposing himself to hostile fire just to get a few minutes outside of an armored tank because his legs had been cramping up." -
You listen and you listen good blubber gut! The next time I see you I want to see 10 lbs off of those hips!
Did that give you any motivation? -
CR England does not care about their drivers. My husband and I drove team with them. I watched my husband go 2 weeks without his diabetes meds because they would not route hime to the Salt Lake Terminal to pick up his meds. He told me he knew of two other drivers who had died because of this.if your husband signed a lease between 2007-2017 you need to check out CREnglandclassaction.com.
