You know... Gary is a ####hole. Yet, I can still smell Toledo from here.

 

Am I correct this is a brake drum? Looks about one hard application from being an IED.

Urban Legend about the crime rates. I haven't been up there for a long time. I never was there very much anyway. Just had a bad reputation so far as I know. I'm sure it's got some truth to it but things can change.

 

It keeps the drivers in. Doesn’t keep the local populace out
