I didn't know his name but I just Googled him and have seen his work. Very talented. And i think I know the place you're talking about. I imagine the reason they're still in business is unsuspecting Western shore customers. I never paid to go with a guide although I did go hunt with a few. I only hunted with friends. That sucks you had a bad hunt.

I hate my relationship with my own dad, he lives a mile from me and haven’t spoken in 6 months. He’s a hard worker and looking back a decent father better than me in many many ways. He’s gotten worse with age, you can’t get along with him no matter what. I get along with people pretty good and everywhere he goes it’s a fight and never his fault. I hate it but I don’t want my kids around it and I don’t want to fight.

Well dang. I loaded south of town for a job starting in the morning south of Shattuck. I drove right through Seiling and thought about stayin at Gore’s, but figured I better get as close as I can, so I’m camped out in Annett.Westbound23, Al. Roper, 1951 ford and 11 others Thank this.

I use to volunteer at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge just east of Milton. They were in the middle of a big marsh, tons of ducks and geese. They built a new welcome center years ago and one day we walked in before the grand opening and Richard was sitting in a chair just staring at the wall, for hours. They had asked him to paint a mural on the wall and he was picturing in his head what he wanted. It turned out amazing, I'll have to see if I can find a picture of it.Westbound23, Al. I felt that way at about 8.
Out of nowhere I looked up at heaven and said it out loud to God.
No anger or rebellion intended.
Actually I thought I was making a wise decision.
Maybe it was. Maybe it wasn't.
Felt like that for many years.
BUT, not always.
If you can do justice to the job of raising a child, and I know for a Fact that you can, you might be depriving yourself ( and others ) of one of the most beautiful things we could ever experience in this life.
