I had a l'd military friend go work for Baylor say he loves it 2900 3100 miles a week not sure about this?? looking for some current info about dry side - miles, equipment ,company enviroment, pay, running lanes

They might be ok for a van carrier. You just aren’t going to make an easy living pulling that junk freight and those that do make an ok living will rarely tell you that they spend 15 hours a week on a dock unpaid.
They’re pretty aggressive with their social media recruiting. All they really talk about is new trucks. I’d steer clear of them just to avoid the dry freight and the customers associated with it.
