The guy I ran team with for 3.5 years worked there for about a year and said it was by far the worst of the 3 jobs he had. He left Schneider to go there and said Schneider was much better for what it’s worth...

He started at the company where we worked together in 2008 so it was early 2008. He said they never stopped harassing him via the Qualcomm, that it would constantly beep even in the middle of the night when he was in the sleeper. Also said they almost never delivered on hometime. He didn’t like Schneider either but did his year then left but said he’d much rather work for Schneider again than Baylor.

They might be ok for a van carrier. You just aren’t going to make an easy living pulling that junk freight and those that do make an ok living will rarely tell you that they spend 15 hours a week on a dock unpaid.

They’re pretty aggressive with their social media recruiting. All they really talk about is new trucks. I’d steer clear of them just to avoid the dry freight and the customers associated with it.
