Alcohol Refusal question

I'm in Sevierville which is 25-30 mins east of Knoxville. I never heard of those companies. But I did answer honestly to online questions which were : any dui or refusal in the last 3 years. No
Any dui or refusal while in a commercial vehicle : no.
Ever had a refusal while holding a CDL : no

Yet hire right has reported yes. I'm still stuck in the dispute with them. Yes to having a CDL and hazmat with a refusal. I never had to this day a hazmat. And got the CDL on 1/15/2019. But passed the test on 1/10. I didn't go get the CDL hard copy til 1/15. And that's what it shows on my mvr. Yet mvr says yes and yes to CDL / hazmat according to hire right.

 

Now 6 days in with no resolve.

 

Mine looks bad. Mine shows a reckless, suspension and refusal all on 1/5/2016. Like it was 3 things. But all was one event. Plus I wasn't driving recklessly. I had a light out. No tickets given. Pled to reckless due to having a few beers. I probably wouldn't pass the test and was always told not to blow. So that's how I played it. But a mandatory hard ship license was mine with a 75 dollar fee, no dui on my record and reckless was the lowered plea. Thought I did better than the latter. As I hadn't ever held a CDL before that date, I figured 3 years after I'd be ok. Not so

 

Ok . Thanks for your reply. That makes sense. I appreciate the reply. I might have messed up by getting the CDL after 3 years instead of 5. But as my previous post have indicated, most companies said call them after 3. So I wired til it hit 3 and did it myself. 6k out of pocket. To just find I'm not being rejected. So it's a rock and a hard place. Yes. I did take the plea. No I didn't ever say I was innocent.
