They check your logs and location and pay you.

Judging by these thread comments I must conclude that local jobs in Dallas must pay a whole lot better than other places. When I was at Cintas, drivers there on large accounts would gross 100k+. I talked to these drivers. I loaded their trucks. I was vetted for a driver position. Coca-cola, SAIA, name a local company and top earning drivers are over 100k in Dallas. Relocation might be a thing to consider if you really want to drive local but it doesn’t pay enough where you are. Research top earning cities and make a move happen. Some companies will pay for relocation. Just saying.
