everytime I go to Chicago I hear a lot of drivers say the container haulers near that area are some of the most dangerous drivers and use out of service trucks. Would you say container haulers in that area are dangerous, or what city takes the cake in your opinion?
Most dangerous drivers, Chicago containers?

Container haulers have a bad reputation in every city.

They don't hold a candle to a West Texas water hauler.

Well, I hauled containers out of the Windy for almost 5 years, and my truck was subject to yearly inspections, just like the big guys. There is a lot of junk, but most of those are cross town movers, and get away with running junk, but anything pulled out of the city are usually decent trucks. Mine was.

I got zero training, zero feedback zero everything until one day the owner asked me in person, am I independantly wealthy?
Wot? I proceeded to write him a 5 page lesson on how to equipt a proper and safe trucking company.
Did it work? I have no idea.
I don't pay attention to chiraq that much. I got my own challenges going in there.
