All good questions. Idk get a public defender and ask for forgiveness because if the keys were in the ignition your guilty. Now I know a girl that divorced her husband because he was running around on her, and he causes the same trouble. Calls the cops on her because he knew she was out with friends. Didn't know she only had 1 drink. In his stupidity he thought they wouldn't tell her who reported it. Well her uncle is the county Sheriff and he faces filling a fake report charge now. She did not test positive for ovi. Karma.

 

Back in 04-05 there were a couple of brothers from Pierce City that we hauled some feeders to who were friends with Jackie and they got him to come with them to the sale here. He bought pretty regularly for a while. We took some to his place and some went to his customers.
We also hauled several loads into JRS and they went straight into the sale.
He was always nice to us & seemed like a good guy.

No, well maybe she wouldn't have been caught, maybe she would have. He should have kept his single nose out of it. But that is nor here or there. Best bet is not to mention him in court and ask for forgiveness and understanding because of her situation. Now proving that you were living in your car is tough, but proving you had no intentions of driving is another. The prosecutor should have the burden of proving she had intentions of driving, but we all know your guilty till proven innocent.
