The 2019 Cascadia has a thin coil antenna in a long four inch wide plastic sheet stuck to the drivers side in front of the curtain track.
*****Important*****
There is a youtube video of a guy cutting what I can only assume are the FM radio antenna wires. The CB antenna is a flat plastic coil strip and not the loose gold and silver wires.
Getting to the coax connection would require removing the driver side cabinets as near as I could tell by looking down as far as I could.
Freightliner didn’t seem to bother too much with the tune of the flat coil and my SWR was close to 4 on the upper channels.
Assuming your antenna is too long as was mine you can take the two ceiling buttons out, carefully push the trim forward of the curtain rail, and then pull the trim down a bit. Use scissors to trim pieces off of the top(end of the antenna) plastic sheet coil a small amount at a time.
As of this post I don’t have any range info but I’ll post again after I do some testing.

Forget even messing with all that factory bs..
Get coax,a 7ft skip shooter or firestick and the mount for said truck..
Anything behind the cab or built on the truck will have issues
Braided ground straps on either side of door hinge and you will do ok.. -

Didnt mean to leave it with the trk..In all the trks i ever ran sence 95 i put in and took out my own gear..

I still have the antennas, but it would cost me a lot to get the mounts, coax, and ground cables. What is on board now will have to do.
