    Just wanted to share my shopping cart from walmart ...when im around it . No soda , no burgers , no chips , no ice cream :)

    A little protein for power, a little carb for running 5 miles carrying your flatbed tarp. With fluids clear and easy to absorb into body.

    A bit of vitamin, make sure you check with your doctor at home with a full blood panel to see if you are mISSING ANY. for me I miss Vitamin B1 so I keep a bottle of that on desk.

    Otherwise I eat anything. But must not eat so much to gain too much weight. Our hospital has a good cook, the last time I was in there for sawbones surgery, I was 179, came out 9 days later at 192.

    For the record, anything that has the words light, lite, reduced, low-fat etc is pure crap. They add chemicals to the final product (I can't call that crap food) to give the flavor and texture you're looking for but the body cant digest it. I get Greek Gods yogurt. It's all natural and only has five ingredients plus the bacteria.
