    You went to Swift and wonder why you were abused. Trust me sugar, you werent discriminated against. You got treated just like everyone else at that company.

    That's one thing we don't do. It's not human. If someone needed puting out, back to yard we go. Let them decide.

    As far as the OP she makes a compelling case. But it's not discrimination, I call it abuse. However it's not sufficient to make a federal case out of it.

    You need to be handed a truck and a load and see what happens. All this trainer hand holding is quite enough. We already know that newbies relatively always need road time. But let them go for sakes...

    Body language in seat is ... eh I consider that at work. Leave it alone. Your trainer is not driving YOU are.

    When I put on a truck I forget about my body. I think what needs doing and the truck just does it. Particularly the old manuals. There are difficult days and many good days before winter. Winter and I has always been adversaries.

    As far as the anxieties, there are places around the USA that are very dangerous to outsiders regardless of station in life. If you show prey behavior they will abuse you. Almost like a family with a pack of dogs, there needs to be a pack leader.

    Your size means nothing. Ive run into many little ones doing a good job just like we are. It's irrelevant.

    I don't see much else. Oh one more thing, if a company boss, staffer or officer keeps silent on a really important question... they are exercising discretion because if this is not grounded correctly it will be very badly botched.

    Don't demand anything. But get out there on your own. You have to fly.
