    We pulled our offer on the house because they can't provide info on a septic tank. So we are gonna keep looking for the area we live in. If we can't find anything by next year we will be building a home in the area we live in now.

    Coordinator sends out email yesterday...freight sucks.blah blah..no such thing as a bad reload area.blah blah.etc.etc.now they are begging some of us to stay...ummm.should have looked into this months ago.

    I think you did the right thing by passing on that house... Building a house designed to your liking would be great. Plus you get to save up more money over the next year.
