I'm thinking we'll probably need about a billion dollars for the whole deal. So we'll have to make the rounds to all the Indian Tribes that have casinos and look for investors.
This will work to our advantage as we will be able to set up terminals/truck stops on the rez's and get mad fuel discounts.
Also we'll need the rez's for landing strips so we can fly in foreign imports on our fleet of C-130's. Maybe a couple of cargo/container ships.
"Fatty's Pawn and Loan" in every truck stop. See if we can get Jordan Belfort to set up our brokerage company.
High end French-Indian and Cajun style fast food available at "Phâté's" restaurants in each truck stop. Anyone that doesn't like jambalaya, meat pies, and corn soup is messed up in the head.
Train drivers for one year, with trainers having to have at least 5 years otr. Which makes sense since it'll take a year to get vested in the esop.
Make it the biggest mega-carrier on the continent. Make it all employee owned. Make it not suck.

I think it would be a good idea to put a list together of all owner operators name, phone number, and location. It would be a good way for drivers to be able to work directly with companies rather than having to pay middlemen and brokerage fees. This list will be mainly for our guys in the Southeast of the United States, but or those of you finding yourselves in Florida and Georgia especially it can be a good opportunity for steady work and one time deliveries as well. I foresee almost everything being a van and maybe a flatbed. Thank you everyone I would like to hear what you think about this idea and what we can do to make it better. Focusing on giving those who are doing the job greater leverage and opportunity is key!

So the USDA guarantees up to 25 million at 60% which means raising 10 million in capital, which could be done through private financing, selling shares.
You have an entity that gives you a better return on 20 years of service than serving in the military. You retire and automatically sell your stock back to the company.
On top of this the company has established bases/villages in third world countries where you can retire to and enjoy your earnings in a secure environment where the USD stretches far beyond.
And your part of something that actually benefits future drivers versus preying on the naive.

On a side note, on top of creating an employee owned super mega carrier, we also create our own franchised medical clinics across the U.S., covering medical school costs for willing participants to attend med schools in Eastern Europe in exchange for an appropriate number of years of active service in our medical clinics. Utilize our Sovereign Tribal facilities to facilitate lower prescription drug costs, and provide clinics in our ever expanding "Fatty's 24hr Med Centers".
    Also I'm completely serious.
