I told you to get bamboo shoots under there. Pay attention ! Now I'm gonna have to call people and get it changed. If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.

I'm just holding the right seat down again.
At least this week I got the route I wanted last week, but was told that we were too big and too heavy, so had to take a different route. This week we are bigger and heavier than last week, and told we must use this route not the one we took last week. Its like a game show where you spin the wheel, and see what you get this time. No consistency at all to permits given it seems.
99.9% of the time they also just say that we can only travel in daylight hours and no specific time is given...todays permits actually have a time we can start and and a finish time. Consistency is not their strong suit when issuing permits.

You know how you hear of all of these billionaires driving trucks because they’re bored of hanging around their castle in Scotland and their supermodel girlfriends and how they are all ex-special forces?

I realized that some times, that guy sitting at the lunch counter telling lies is some times some random guy who has never even driven a big rig, but has no life, and hangs out in the truck stop restaurant playing truck driver at the lunch counter.
Well, I’d get the feeling that 10% at TTR are playing truck driver. So, don’t let the behavior be “shocking.”

Part of the block where the oil pump mounts has broken off. This had the oil pump hanging on by one bolt on the left side. Weight from this caused the pump housing to crack.


Time to figure out how to get it home. I can't do what needs to be done from here.
