Greetings to all! First off, I just want to say this forum is a great resource. I am a new member.
I have an '18 Cascadia that keeps blowing the tractor ABS, hill start assist and what I believe is the trailer traction control? (The light near the 85 mph in the speedometer). I've taken it to a shop at one of our terminals to have them run the diagnostics. They said some mumbo jumbo and said dont worry about it since the warning lights go out when I recycle the engine. But all 3 comes on shortly after I roll. I was able to get the fault code. 20190819_164720.jpg If this pic doesnt show up, the error says:
    SA: 11 ABS
    SPN: 807
    FMI: 5
Our maintenance crew can do some questionable things that I cant figure out how they can do. So, I dont feel it's safe to rely on "dont worry about it". Any help from the knowledgable here would be greatly appreciated. I've been running for about 8,000 miles like this. Thanks in advance for your guidance!

I guess I should also mention that the truck started doing it when I hooked to a trailer that had a solid trailer ABS light. I was going to pull over to do a CHUFF test to clear the trailer ABS but the 3 other lights in my OP came on shortly after. So I took the trailer to a shop for repairs. Now I have the 3 lights come on constantly. I dont have the original problem trailer anymore. Dont know if they are related or just coincidence.

Ok...I think I found out what it is. SPN: 807 is Diff 2 ASR valve
FMI: 5 is current below normal.
Sounds like a trip to freightliner.

Trailer ABS problems are often a loose connector back on the control box or poor center pin connection at the plug. Once resolved the lights clear after a short period of driving. Based on Slopokes response I doubt they are related to your fault codes.

Thanks for your response GWL! I guess it was an unlucky coincidense that they both happened at the same time. I have a load from portland to New Jersey tomorrow. I think I'm gonna get it looked at after. I'll update this thread as to what the solution is.

Nothing personal, but I refuse to believe that's an '18 Cascadia. My mentor's truck was an '18 Cascadia, and the dash was a lot more modern than that

4/18 is the manufacturers date. It has the old body style. I wish I had the new aero package! My company actually said it was a '19 because of the in service date.

I had the same problem. All 3 lights came on while i was on a 2 Lane road with no turnouts racing a torrential rain storm that was on my ###. Boss said it was a recall for a sensor. Mine went out after a couple hard brakes on a downhill at freeway speed. Boss said "See, no problem". Never did get to Freightliner. Hmmm
