I got a 1970 fruehauf 42’ reefer I’d like to restore and use. But it has wood floor and walls. Would it have to be aluminum to keep it clean?

A lot of food shippers wouldn't load it as wood "could" harbor mold or mildew.

    Cabover9670 Thanks this.

You can use it for dry freight but using it for reefer freight probably won't be ideal for you. Most people want a 53 now

Bean Jr. and Cabover9670 Thank this.
