I wonder how long it’ll be before the mass exodus starts. Wouldn’t be surprised if some drivers leave for other Wisconsin based companies.

Only people with driver facing cameras are the rookies for 1 yr. Experienced guys have theirs off unless they are ticketed or have a safety incident then its turned back on for 30 days and then goes back off.
Oh and #### Heartland. Still cant believe this ####stevep1977 and bzinger Thank this. -
Not sure what you mean by "even slower and pay even lower "? Millis has 70mph trucks and are 1 of the highest paying companies in the industry. So not sure why you imply their trucks are slow and the pay sucks?bzinger Thanks this.

Wonder if Heartache Excess will keep the schools running?
FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
I'd like to hear more of your reason. Can we see numbers?FlaSwampRat Thanks this.

Numbers on what? Their pay? Its right on their website. They've also been a certified Top Pay Carrier for yrs now.
Students come out of school making .43cpm and are paid for every mile the truck is dispatched on no matter if students driving or trainers driving. I made $64,000 my 1st yr out of CDL school with them. I made $84,000 last yr while going home every weekend. -
Everyone pretty much knows that ol Heartless has a reputation of bringing the kiss of death to every company it touches (Gordon being one such example). At first, the company will be unaffected, then they start changing things to a point where the company dies a slow agonizing death and drivers quit in droves.bzinger, FlaSwampRat, drvrtech77 and 1 other person Thank this.
