Projected arrival is 12:40. Drops at 8:30 the next morning. Reckon we gonna have to turn off the eld and run er on in cause we wont make it otherwise. #### 3 hour wait to get loaded.

This one was just as crazy — only I got the chance to be around him — he could pack and haul anything as long as he could use 4 legs — never had a divers license — I feel sorry for the youngsters that never had someone in their life like that — note that the first one is a bear and the 2nd is a cat — born before 1900 and died in 81 — tip of the hat to Uncle Claude

186 is kinda up there. Try easing into dietary change - you were in this condition well before the blood panel, no need to dump everything overnight you enjoy - dump soda ASAP, if you do drink it. Ease back on the bread and spuds, they turn into sugar.

She basically fixed him (the curmudgeon Father in law) - (and I mean fixed, all his meals, 5 times daily) with -

Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack - small fruit
Lunch - Huge plate of salad and veggies with fish.
Snack - small fruit
Dinner - Huge plate Veggies, fish or chicken.

Use heaps of seasonings - basil oregano etc - no salt. No spuds or bread, little rice if at all. He was never hungry.

And WATER. Gotta flush. At least 5 glasses a day.

Main problem is he was eating junk food pretty much all the time. McD's for breakfast, Hardees at lunch, etc.

It's difficult doing it if you're still working, but we literally went from planning a funeral to kicking him back to his own pad when he got back to his normal mean 'ornery self in less than 16 weeks.

May the force be with you. Had 2 quarters cleaned last week - 8 injections, deep clean. Been putting it off for 5 years. $5k of work yet to be done. And I hate the chair.
