Ooops! Black smoke and shifting gears are the only reason I like driving a truck! If it was clean exhaust, and an auto trans, I'd have no interest...

Maybe its the teenager in me...

 

That's not what I'm saying. You will most likely get a wisp of black while shifting.

But I drive for money, and strive to keep as much as I can.

 

You know your stuff for sure. I can’t wait to see what you build.

 

I had an old tan colored 2-drawer file cabinet sitting under the work bench. I got it about 25 years ago and it was old then. Lol.

Sanded it down and painted it. Makes good storage.

 

Just a pic my grandson sent. A dedication to the heavy haulers.

If your like me, it kinda becomes an obsession.

I wound up building a full tube chassis off road car including most of the suspension pieces. Almost lost a job and marriage over that deal.

 

Prime example of what frustrates me on here. Guy legitimately asks for clarification on something and there's one person who gives just obvious bad advice and then argues about it.
How much can I haul?

I have the same size press just a older version. I was a boy when uncle Lester won it at auction. When he died in 1983 it had still never been taken out of the original box. Works good for what I need it for....
