How do you know he didn't lie? Maybe he didn't want to sit in the couple days class? Or maybe he works for a contractor that told him he didn't need the class, it's easy to do just so he could get the seat filled quickly...

Mercer verifies your open deck experience with your previous company, at least they did with me...

I said if he’s new to open deck, which would mean Mercer trained him.

What kind of shocks you buying? Mine were $75 for the rear and $55 for the front. I got Gabriel HD adjustable.

No, this way they have to have a lawyer write the regulation, then have another lawyer to interpret it, then another one to hear the case in court to figure out the proper interpretation

Since the truth would read like a horror story, tell the lie bigger and more often.

Mercer: Where the good freight is... mostly not, but occasionally we get lucky. Since we depend on brokers, uh make that 3PLs (same thing, we know, but legally and all...), to give our brokers, er... agents (we know, again), loads, our freight is as inconsistent as you can get. Well, except for cheap stuff, but who's adding any ways?

But hey, since you'll be deadheading hundreds of miles between loads, don't worry cause we have discounts. Yeah you can get discounts from lots of other places, but ours come in blueberry!
