Indeed, and I get to do it all again on the way back! LOL.

Should have the hours to make Fort St. John, BC by tomorrow night. Then likely sit Sunday and head to wherever the reload ends up being.

 

I might be inclined to pull it tomorrow about 0900, cut into 2 or 3 slabs, pouch in foil, add a pint or two of beef broth and return at 210 till you’re ready.

But I’ve never tried anything THAT big, just don’t know if you’ll get good penetration of smoke/heat/flavor as it is.
