I might be inclined to pull it tomorrow about 0900, cut into 2 or 3 slabs, pouch in foil, add a pint or two of beef broth and return at 210 till you’re ready.
But I’ve never tried anything THAT big, just don’t know if you’ll get good penetration of smoke/heat/flavor as it is.
