I have owned my 2014 cascadia for 3 years , I spent about 6k in repairs for emissions. My truck has had a Apu its entire life so I'm sure that plays a huge part . Truck will be paid off soon , I'm gonna ride it till the wheels fall of and than probably get a Glider . Yes these emission trucks make me nervous.
First year has been Hell!

Member cody86 just posted that DD15 fuel pump failure was fixed and radiator was replaced at dealer. invoice was $22k.
Now if you have DD15 any moment a. fuel pump can go bad, b. 1-box can be toasted, c. plastic oil suction manifold can destroy whole engine, d. engine can run backward, e. injector can go bad and plug the DOC face,.... now go and fix these at dealer....
Some guys are complaining that Cummins ISX15 burns engine oil.... let it burn... never heard about Cummins DOC face plugin issues or about toasted SCR... -
Isn't that the Truth.. (No offense to my mechanic friends on here)
The ol' saying goes.....You want it done right,You do it yourself, Holds true with just about anything in lifejamespmack and Tug Toy Thank this. -
The Nicest,Cleanest,And Tightest Trucks are From Owners (Drivers) With their own Tools and Shop...
They Take A Lot More Pride in their work than an outside mechanic these days
