Same hip problem here as well. Been looking into a new mattress.

 

Not sure if body type is a factor or not.

If it helps I'm of the long lanky variety. 6'3", 175-180lbs depending how I eat that week.. LoL

 

I think it's more about age. I'm 6'1" and 245. My wife is 5'7" and 125, and we both have the same problem. Seems to start in your 50's.

 

I rent hotel and car when I go home...stay out 6 to 8 weeks, go home for 6 to 8 days. Banked close to $50k in 2 years. I eat out alot at homeh ome rarely when working. Could have saved more if I really got intense.

No home or apartment, no car, no problems.

 

LoL, I'm 35 & feel pretty beat up already. Can't wait to see how I feel in my 50's I've lived a pretty dumb lifestyle up until I was 29. Started the trucking biz & finally got my act together..

 

I'm in my 60's... It gets rougher every year.

 

Can retire Dec 26th...if the place I will lease is available, I'm gone before New year. If the people that lease it every winter re-up, I have to do one more winter.

 

I'm 59, and people tell me I look great for a 70 year old.

 

Some wise man here recently posted this advice....you're one physical away from unemployment...have a backup plan
