Yea we did that a few times. I have a lathe that I turn custom ink pens that my wife sells at a store from $45-$100.
I also make chess boards.

Everything you purchase a truck carried it. Do you see any bare shelves at the stores? Are you waiting in line for a ration of gasoline? Of course not. Because there are plenty of drivers to deliver goods. There is no driver shortage. But there is a serious problem with pay and retention.

By the year 2000 they were going to be seriously short on drivers 2005 the same deal 2010 etc etc .. funny thing is things still get moved

Something seems fishy here about this driver shortage. It seems that if there were a shortage of drivers then shippers would competing for our services and rates would be going up yet the opposite is occurring. The shelves are well stocked everywhere I go and Amazon can deliver most anything in 2 days. Either the law of supply and demand must have been suspended or the driver shortage must be a myth. Who would benefit by promulgating and spreading such a fraudulent lie?
